Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Yatolla mobile application and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) About the Service

Yatolla provides tools to discover and advertise listings and opportunities, including properties for rent/lease, transport for hire, financial products, quick jobs and worker profiles, a business directory, recommendations, vacancies, tenders, and smart shopping comparisons/budgeting.

Yatolla is a platform. We do not own or control third-party listings, offers, employers, workers, businesses, or institutions shown on the Service, unless explicitly stated.

2) Eligibility and account registration

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by law in your region) to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
• To help prevent fraud and abuse, we may require phone verification (e.g., via SMS one-time codes).

3) User content and listings

“User Content” includes listings, profiles, text, images, messages, and other content you submit.

• You own your User Content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting), display, and distribute your User Content to operate and improve the Service.
• You are responsible for ensuring your User Content is accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
• We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

4) Prohibited activities

You agree not to:

• Post illegal, harmful, deceptive, or discriminatory content.
• Post content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Use the Service for spam, harassment, scams, or fraudulent activity.
• Attempt to bypass security or access accounts or data you are not authorized to access.
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect information from the Service without permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service (including via malware or automated abuse).

5) Marketplace and safety

• Do your own checks: verify listings, offers, identities, and terms before making payments or commitments.
• No guaranteed outcomes: we don’t guarantee that a listing will lead to a rental/lease, job, hire, purchase, loan, or any specific result.
• Disputes: disputes between users or with third parties are primarily between the parties involved. We may provide tools to report abuse but are not obligated to mediate.

6) Third-party services

The Service may integrate or rely on third-party services (for example, Google Firebase for authentication and infrastructure). Your use of third-party services may be subject to their terms and policies.

7) Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, pose a security risk, or to comply with law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8) Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yatolla will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yatolla and its owners/operators from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11) Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Eswatini Communications Commission, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If required, you can specify courts/venue here.
